Poketo Vinyl DIY Wallets

poketo wallet

These guys are way cool. They have created a whole slew of ultra slim and very hip DIY wallets. You basically get this flat piece of vinyl w/ one of many of their assortment of designs. Once you get it out of its packaging you are instructed to fill it with your standard complement of wallet goods, drivers license, credit cards, etc… and THEN fold in half, and insert in any pocket, preferrably your back pocket. The pressure of your butt on the folded wallet, over the course of a couple of days, permanently creases the wallet and creates a fold memory… brilliant!

SP ONE
Greg Lamarche (SP One) is a collagist and graffiti artist who has paired his interest in graffiti with his obsession for collecting old, discarded papers literally from the street. The resulting collages incorporate found materials, which reflect and move beyond graffiti letterforms and iconography to echo the urban setting.

$20.00 - Contains 3 slots for credit cards, a bill slot, and a change purse. The wallet is 8″ x 4″ open, but folds perfectly to fit in your pocket (4″ x 4″). All wallets are limited edition and all online orders come with a matching badge/pin.

Hiatus, You Didn’t Guess??

Hello all, I wanted to officially post about the lack of entries in thepast few weeks, well more like a month. I have been occupied with work (a good thing!) and have not had the chance to take time out to share my thoughts and links. I promise as soon as things quiet down a bit, I will start posting again.

In the meantime, please feel free to visit some of the other blog sites that I frequent myself…
