					<description>You need a mobile phone capable of recognizing the QR Code. Its built in to the particular mobile phone. I did some research and although the QR Code format and technology is partially open source, no one has developed a software package (ie. J2ME for other mobile devices) as of yet. So far, the only devices that will recognize QR Codes, are ones with the technology pre-installed/supported out of box... Unfortunate for me, the Vodafone 802se is not one, so I had to have one of my Japanese friends test the QR Code on my webpage out. It works..</description>
